Refund policy

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at hvystandard@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We’ll send next steps within 1–2 business days.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility — unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover it and send a free replacement.

Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original and place a new order, or email us and we’ll help.

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email hvystandard@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo and we’ll replace or refund it in full — no return shipping cost to you.
