Most Heavy Standard pieces are made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships, and delivery generally takes 3 to 10 business days after that for US orders.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Items may ship separately if they come from different facilities.
Returns
Not right? You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached for a full refund or exchange. Email us with your order number to start a return.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return. Sale items are final sale unless faulty.
Wrong or damaged item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
