Free shipping within the United States

Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum purchase. The free-shipping offer applies to US destinations only. For other destinations, review available delivery options and charges at checkout before paying.

Production and delivery timing

Most pieces are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. US delivery generally takes a further 3–10 business days after shipping.

These are estimates. If you need an item for a specific date, contact us before ordering. Some stocked styles are available; check the delivery notes on the product page.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Items may ship separately if they come from different facilities. Check the tracking information for each shipment or visit Track Your Order.

Returns and exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to request an eligible return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached; retain the original packaging and proof of purchase.

Exclusions apply, including sale items and gift cards. Read the Refund Policy for the full terms, exceptions and refund process.

Email hvystandard@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Get approval and return instructions before sending anything back. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, as explained in the Refund Policy.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. The Refund Policy explains the replacement or refund process.
