Check the fit notes and size information on the product page for the piece you want. Where garment measurements are listed, compare them with a similar item you already own and like the fit of. Our Size & Fit Guide explains how to measure.

Boxy describes a wider, straighter silhouette relative to the garment’s length. Oversized describes a roomier overall fit. Each piece is cut differently, so use its own fit notes and measurements rather than assuming the same size fits the same across every style.

Email hvystandard@gmail.com with the product name, size and measurement you need before you order. If a chart is not available, ask us for help rather than guessing from another product’s chart.

Availability can differ by style, size and color. Select your preferred options on the product page to see whether that combination can be added to your bag. For a sold-out option, contact us to ask about availability; a restock date is not guaranteed.

Most Heavy Standard pieces are made to order, so production takes place before shipping. See Shipping & Returns for the current production and delivery estimates, and Made to Order for more about the process. If you need an item for a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Yes. We currently offer free shipping on orders within the United States with no minimum. See Shipping & Returns for details. For other destinations, check the available options and charges at checkout before paying.

Use the tracking details emailed when your order ships, or visit Track Your Order. If you need help finding an order, email us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Items may ship separately when they come from different facilities. Check the tracking information for each shipment. If you cannot find tracking for an item in your order, contact us with your order number.

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item, the issue and any relevant packaging. Our Refund Policy explains the process for damaged or incorrect items.

GSM means grams per square meter: a measure of fabric weight. A higher GSM usually means a heavier fabric, but material, construction and cut also affect how a garment feels. Check the fabric details on the individual product page.

Follow the care label on your garment first. Our Care Guide has additional guidance on washing, drying and looking after different fabrics and finishes.

When a product page shows a bundle or quantity offer, choose that offer and select the available sizes and colors you want. Check that your bag contains the intended items and quantities, and review the discount and total before checkout. Follow the eligibility and savings shown with that specific offer.
