What Made to Order Means

Most Heavy Standard pieces are made to order. That means production takes place before shipping. We explain the timing so you can decide whether a piece works for your plans.

Production, then delivery

Production typically takes 2–5 business days. US delivery generally takes a further 3–10 business days after shipping. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Some stocked styles are available too. Check the product’s delivery notes. If you need something by a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Choose your fit

Made to order does not mean a garment is tailored to your measurements. Choose from the sizes and colors shown on the product page, and compare the style’s own fit notes and measurements with a piece you already own.

Availability is specific to each option

Styles, colors and sizes can become unavailable, including made-to-order pieces. Select your preferred options to see the current availability. A sold-out option does not have a guaranteed restock date.

Tracking and separate parcels

Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Items may ship separately if they come from different facilities. Use the tracking information for each shipment, or track your order.

Changes and cancellations

Email hvystandard@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check the order’s status and confirm what options are available.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum. For other destinations, review available options and charges at checkout.

Return eligibility and exclusions apply. Review the Refund Policy and get return instructions before sending an item back.
